Hi!
1.
The mast is 6.5 m long (swe. masthöjd, mastlängd).
The boat weighs about 600 kg (swe. vikt, deplacement).

2.
I called the Swedish government authority "vägverket" [http://www.vv.se/templates/page3____2872.aspx] and asked your questions. Here is what they said:
A simple boat trailer without registration can be used in Sweden. This type of trailer is referred to as "efterfordon" in Swedish. Some rules must be obeyed:
The trailer must not have suspension (springs, spring system,...), or, if it has, the suspension must be permanently disabled. Maximum speed allowed is 30 km/h. The trailer must not be used on motorways and arterial roads. For eaxample, that means you can not transport your boat on the E4 road. You must use an "LGF" sign [http://www.vv.se/filer/17466/EU-bil1_stor.jpg], indicating that you travel at low speed. The LGF is a triangular sign that should be placed on the trailer 60 cm to 180 cm above the road. It should be placed on the left side of the trailer, or on the boat itself.
If the mast sticks out behind the boat it must be marked with a ribbon, a plastic bag or something alike, to avoid people driving into it from behind.
The total length of car and trailer must not be more than 24 m. The width of the trailer or the boat must not be more than 260 cm. However, the boat may be up to 310 cm in special cases (more rules...

).
Year of production/ first time in use:
If the trailer was built and was used for the first time before the year 2005 (old trailer) these rules apply:
The trailer may be used in day-time (when it it light) without any lights or reflectors (LGF sign is required though).
However, if the trailer was used for the first time after the year 2005 (new trailer) the following rules apply:
The trailer may be used in day-time if it has directional indicators (usa. turn signal, swe. blinkers, körriktningsvisare), i.e. lamps that indicate when you are about to turn.
All trailers:
If you are about to use the trailer in night time, you must have a lot of reflectors and lamps. I'm a bit lazy so i don't write about that... (so please use the trailer in day-time...
All the rules are here:

I hope I got it all right. Good luck with the transport!
I love my Stortriss
